Booking & Service Agreement

When you book with Love Punch Planning, the full terms of our working relationship, including services included, payment schedule, and cancellation terms, are outlined in a personalized proposal and contract sent to you through HoneyBook. This page is a general summary, not the binding agreement.

We understand that plans change. Here's how cancellations and refunds work with Love Punch Planning.

Deposits

A deposit of is required to secure your event date and is non-refundable. This deposit reserves our time and turns away other inquiries for your date.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your event, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. [Confirm actual policy: e.g., cancellations made more than X days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of payments beyond the deposit; cancellations made within X days of the event are non-refundable.]

Rescheduling

If your event date changes, we'll do our best to accommodate the new date based on our availability.

Vendor and Venue Cancellations

Deposits and payments made to third-party vendors or venues on your behalf are subject to those vendors' own cancellation policies, which we'll share with you as part of your planning process.
